People in the glass world know the work of Neal Drobnis. Maybe you’ve been lucky enough to visit his magical studio and see him at work. Neal creates all kinds of objects in glass – lawn ornaments, night lights, glassware, tiles. Inspired by nature and ancient artifacts, Neal frequently uses a technique called “sand casting,” working with sand as a mold to form unique shapes in glass. The result is one-of-a-kind and beautiful. Neal’s work can be found in galleries all over the world, and now you can also see it at The Providence Flea this summer. Visit Neal’s booth on June 1 on the Opening Day of The Flea!
