Rusted Pulchritude hits the Greenway for their first Providence Flea this Sunday, July 12! Owners and co-creators, Aaron and Deidre, say they got the idea for Rusted Pulchritude when they built an octagonal house together out of upcycled materials in the woods of Maine. While they enjoyed the solitude of the Maine woods they've since settled in Rhode Island so they can share their upcycled creations with others. Lucky us!
Aaron and Deidre specialize in creating unique and custom home decor out of reclaimed, salvaged, & unusual wood and metal materials. Deidre tell us, "We get 95% of our materials out of dumpsters at construction sites, tag sales, on roadsides, and at many other sources of lost items. After finding an item that piques our interest, we transform and rejuvenate it into an object that can be used and cherished by another generation. Our materials are what inspire us!" Be inspired by Aaron and Deidre's custom pieces from Rusted Pulchritude this Sunday, July 12 from 10am to 4pm!
