Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Providence Flea! ***Food Trucks: Apply here
Please read our Frequently Asked Questions, before applying for important and updated information on city and state requirements to participate at The Flea, once accepted.
Use the application below if you are:
• A new vendor or returning vendor who sells vintage, clothing, jewelry, books, prints, architectural salvage, jarred food or bottled sauces, etc.
• A local artisan or maker
• A non-profit: The Flea welcomes local (Rhode Island-based) arts, cultural and community-oriented non-profits to apply to table at the Flea for one Sunday at no charge, space permitting. Fill out the application below completely and choose "non-profit" for the merchandise category. Please choose all dates you are available and leave a note about your first and second choice.
• A musician or band: The Flea welcomes local musicians to play unplugged (there is no electricity available at the Flea) for patrons and visitors for merch, tips and lunch on the Flea*. Fill out the application below completely and choose "musician/band" for merchandise category. Please choose all dates you are available and leave a note about your first and second choice. (*We can accommodate one date per musician/band, space permitting and will buy the band lunch. Some restrictions apply.)
• A food vendor selling out of a tent (not a truck or cart). Food vendors must provide all applicable requirements--licensing/certification/insurance--from the RI Department of Health, etc., upon acceptance. The Flea does not provide assistance with obtaining these documents.
• Please: no direct marketers, Jewelry reps or other reps, wholesalers, wireless carriers, mass produced items, etc.
• Booth-sharing is not allowed as this is a juried market. Only one vendor per application please.
