SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Rolling until FEBRUARY 28 AT 5 PM.
NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
Rolling until MARCH 10 AT 5 PM.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
MARCH 25, 2025 AT 5 PM

1. A confirmed date is confirmation of availability only.
2. Payment of invoice for confirmed date is due by March 25 at 5 pm.*
3. Paid vendors are then “first paid, first placed” until market is full.
REQUIREMENTS (more info provided upon acceptance)
1. NEW: At least one social media account in which a vendor promotes their appearance at the Flea at least TWICE BEFORE FRIDAY of the upcoming market. Must also tag @providenceflea and @witchesnomne
2. For vendors selling taxable merchandise, a 30-Day Temporary Vendor Permit may be required.
These are issued at the market and the cost is $10.
3. Food vendors will need appropriate, up-to-date state health dept. and city licensing and insurance.
4. General liability insurance is REQUIRED for vendors of soap, apothecary, cosmetics, henna, makeup, herbal sprays, teas, and other food items. Vendors will need to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Flea as an "Additional Insured" and upload it to their vendor account. Insurance is *recommended* for all vendors.
SITE SIZES AND VENDOR FEES
Vendor fee is for space only. Permits and/or licenses are not included.
The Flea does not provide or rent tables, chairs, lights or other equipment.
NOTE: Vendors and Readers MUST supply their own tables and chairs that fit within the space indicated.
ARTISANS/VENDORS FEE
- SINGLE INSIDE 8' x 7' space - $95
- DOUBLE INSIDE 16' x 7' space - $175 (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
- TAROT 2' x 4' TABLE - $50 (SEE BELOW)***
- TENT/TRUCK OUTSIDE 10x10 - $100 (SEE BELOW)****
***TAROT/PSYCHIC READERS: These spots are located in the readers' hall. Readings may NOT take place at regular vending spots, ONLY in the designated hallway. Your table must be NO MORE THAN 40" wide/long. These spots are suited for a card table with 2 chairs AGAINST THE WALL. - $50
****Outdoor sites are weather dependent. Vendors are required to provide their own 10' x 10' tent. 120 lbs. minimum in Tent weights are required. More info on acceptable tent weights in the set-up info.
****If the Flea has to cancel the outdoor sites because of weather, vendors will be refunded according to the weather cancellation policy below. A vendor may request to move indoors, pending availability and for no refund of the difference in cost or credit, and an indoor site is not guaranteed.
