Every* Sunday, February 4 - April 27, 2024***
11 AM - 3 PM (Assigned set-up times begin at 9 am.)
***No market on Easter Sunday 04/20/25.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Rolling until markets or market categories are full with PAID vendors.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
*Only payment guarantees a place at the market.*
1. A confirmed date is confirmation of availability only.
2. Invoices for confirmed dates are due upon receipt.*
3. Confirmed vendors are then “first paid, first placed” until markets are full.
MINIMUMS/LIMITS
Returning vendors: Two-market minimum, meaning a returning vendor must select and pay for a minimum of two markets to start.
New vendors: Two-market limit. (If you choose more than two markets, the Flea will assign you your first two requested dates.)
After a vendor establishes a track record upon paying for and attending two market dates without incident, a new vendor may request additional dates.
REQUIREMENTS (more info provided upon acceptance)
1. NEW: At least one social media account in which a vendor promotes their appearance at the Flea at least TWICE BEFORE FRIDAY of the upcoming market. Must also tag @providenceflea
2. For vendors selling taxable merchandise, a 30-Day Temporary Vendor Permit may be required.
These are issued at the market and the cost is $10 per 30-day period.
3. Food vendors will need appropriate, up-to-date state health dept. and city licensing and insurance.
4. General liability insurance is REQUIRED for vendors of soap, apothecary, cosmetics, henna, makeup, herbal sprays, teas, and other food items. Vendors will need to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Flea as an "Additional Insured" and upload it to their vendor account. Insurance is *recommended* for all vendors.
SITE SIZES AND VENDOR FEES
Vendor fee is for space only. Permits and/or licenses are not included.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, set-up, etc.
The Flea does not provide or rent tables, chairs, lights or other equipment.
$100 -- 14'L x 7'W (limited availability)
$75 -- 9'L x 7'W or Boutique truck/cart/foodtruck
$65 -- 6’ Table space (7-foot depth *not guaranteed*)
SITE SHARE
By advance permission only.
Both vendors must be accepted vendors.
+$35/market split fee + separate vendor permits if both are selling taxable items.
