The Flea is a vintage and indie maker market accepting vintage collectors and makers of their own products. We do not accept vendors selling handmade products that are not made by the vendor. We do not accept vendors selling new or mass produced merch or unlicensed, copyrighted or trademarked merch; we do not accept CBD products; we do not accept service industry vendors (cellular, solar, insurance, roofing, home show, etc.); we do not accept MLM sales reps or direct sales reps (Scentsy, Paparazzi, etc.). We accept 501c3 nonprofits. We do not accept personal fundraising efforts (gofundme’s, etc). Thank you.

SUNDAYS: 11 AM - 3 PM (Assigned set-up times begin at 8:00 am.)
FRIDAYS: 5:30 - 9:30 PM (Assigned set-up times begin at 2:30 pm.)
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Rolling until markets or market categories are full with PAID vendors.
MINIMUMS:
No market minimum. NEW VENDORS limited to two markets to start.
Once a track record has been established, new vendors can apply for additional markets.

VENDOR FEES:
Vendor fee is for space only. Permits and/or licenses are not included.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, set-up, etc.
The Flea does not provide or rent tables or chairs, table coverings or lights.

Payment deadlines: NOVEMBER 1, 2024.
Vendors are “first paid, first placed” until markets are full. Invoices left unpaid AFTER NOVEMBER 1 will be canceled without notice and released to waiting vendors. A confirmed date is confirmation of availability only. *Only payment guarantees a place at the market.* For vendors with more than two markets, invoices may be paid consecutively.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Vendors’ approved or paid market dates are not transferrable.
The Holiday Markets have a rain/snow/shine policy. If the state causes a cancellation due to severe or extreme weather, or imposes additional Covid restrictions that prohibit indoor events, these markets will be canceled, and our policies are as follows:
1. City, State or Farm Fresh RI cancels.
In the event that the City/State/FFRI prohibits indoor markets due to extreme weather or Covid, vendors will be refunded their vendor fees less a $25 admin fee.
2. Vendor cancels.
There are NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR RESCHEDULING options for Holiday Markets. Markets are not transferable to other markets or vendors.
####Insurance: General liability insurance is REQUIRED for vendors of soap, apothecary, cosmetics, henna and food items, and is recommended for all other vendors. You will need to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Flea as an "Additional Insured" if applicable.
####Requirements:
1. 30-Day Temporary Flea Market Vendor Permit - RI Division of Taxation - $10 for vendors selling taxable items.
Issued at the Flea if applicable.
(Not required: RI retail sales permit.)
Most Artists do not require the 30-Day permit.
2. Table Coverings to hide whatever is stored under your table.
