2023 Winter/Spring Markets (Indoors)

Sundays*, February 5 - May 7
*No market on Easter Sunday
CURRENT COVID REQUIREMENTS:
***VENDORS MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 16 OZ. OF HAND SANITIZER AT THEIR BOOTH. MASKS ARE currently optional.***
Any other new Covid guidelines will be sent on confirmation of your requested dates or as soon as they are announced by either the State of RI or City of Providence or by the Providence Flea. (Please note that by vending at the Flea vendors agree to abide by any Covid restrictions imposed by the state, the city or the Flea.)
VENDOR FEES:
Vendor fee is per market for space only. Permits and/or licenses are not included. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, set-up, etc. The Flea does not provide or rent tables or chairs.
$85/market -- 14' x 7'
$75/market -- 9'L x 7'W
$65/market -- 6'L x 7'W
$60/market -- Food truck
MINIMUM MARKET REQUIREMENT
A minimum of two markets is required.
New vendors may sign up for only two markets to start.*

REQUEST A SITE
+$15/mkt. for approved vendors.
Upon selecting market dates, a vendor can request a market date "with choice" for an additional fee. The vendor must pay the invoice for the markets and after payment of the invoice is received, a vendor will be sent a link to request their site choice. Because of the high demand for site choice, a vendor must submit *three* choices of sites, and if we're unable to fulfill one of the site choices, we'll refund the fee. This option is pending availability and is not guaranteed. Not all sites are available.
BOOTH SHARE: +$25/market
Both vendors must be accepted to the Flea.
PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
30-Day Temporary TAX Permit - $10
ONLY FOR VENDORS SELLING TAXABLE ITEMS. ISSUED AT THE MARKET.
